Embrace a different approach to music and slip into a heightened state of listening through yoga with a focus on meditation and breathing. A juice tasting follows the yoga and music. Bring your own yoga mat. Recommended for ages 10 and up.

Guided meditation through an ashtanga-style class; a reflective and relaxing form of yoga
Live performance from a NOW musician, featuring curated musical selections from J.S. Bach, Anna Ignatowicz, and Eric Sammut
No pressure at all to hold the various poses. Participants are welcome to follow along with the yoga or relax and meditate in a comfortable position of their choice at any time.
